Introduction – who I am today
For over 20 years, I have been supporting entrepreneurial women — business owners, team leaders, and managers — in developing leadership skills, working effectively with people, and making strategic decisions.
I combine business experience with coaching and mentoring, helping women act effectively while maintaining a sense of calm and confidence.
Why I do what I do
My professional journey began with working with people and managing teams already in my early twenties. That was when I learned what responsible leadership truly means and whatchallenges it brings.
Later, working within sales and development structures, I became deeply convinced that softskills are the key to real results — both in business and in relationships.
These experiences shaped my way of working: practical, grounded in real business challenges, and at the same time attentive and supportive.

Over the years, I have worked in environments where results, responsibility, and working with people truly mattered — not just on paper.
One of the key stages of my career was managing a bank branch that moved from a distant position in the rankings to the top tier within just a few months. This experience showed me how strongly leadership style, decision-making, and team management influence results.
I have delivered training programs and managed a branch within a nationwide training company, and in 2012 I founded my own business — TC Agnieszka Grzelak-Chodak — to support leaders and teams in developing soft skills that genuinely work in practice.
Today, I work with women, helping them develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills so they can achieve lasting, tangible results — both in their professional roles and careers.
